Colby Covington Says He Lost Fight For Supporting Trump, Judges Rigged Decision Against Him

Colby Covington continues to float the conspiracy theory that he lost because he supports Donald Trump.

On Saturday night, Covington was dominated by Leon Edwards at UFC 296 in a unanimous decision loss that wasn’t very close.

After the fight, Covington said he thought he did enough to win the fight but the judges hate him because he supports Trump.

On Wednesday night, Covington appeared on Fox News and doubled down on his theory that he only lost because of his support of Donald Trump.

Jesse Waters: “Do you think now that you’re a Trump support outwardly cost you the fight?”

Colby Covington: “I do believe that, I think they stack the deck against us because they don’t want we the people to have control of this country again and that’s what Trump stands for, he stands for democracy, he stands for freedom, they’re going to everything they can do keep us down, from shadowbanning us online, they’re going to make us censored and not let the people see that. if it’s judging another athletic sporting event, they’re going to stack the deck against us. It’s a sad time in our country, but we, the people, need to rise up; we can’t let this keep us down.”

Covington is clearly delusional and it’s bizarre that Watters would play along considering no one thought Covington won the fight.
