Sports fans are shouting out Fox Sports 1 host Colin Cowherd for not being dragged into the bombshell lawsuit that makes allegations against former and current network stars Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor. Not only was Cowherd not accused of any wrongdoing but the lawsuit outright states that he’s a consummate professional.
The lawsuit — filed by former Fox Sports 1 hair stylist Noushin Faraji, who claims Skip Bayless offered to pay her $1.5 million to sleep with him and that Joy Taylor has used her sexuality to advance her career — specifically mentions that Colin Cowherd was “professional and respectful to Ms. Faraji and her co-workers throughout her entire tenure at Fox.”
Given that the lawsuit might take down two of Fox Sports’ biggest personalities (Bayless is no longer with the network, Joy Taylor is and hosts the daily sports debate show Speak), sports fans are giving Cowherd his flowers for seemingly being a stand-up guy, with his only crime being his terrible football takes and gambling picks.
In addition to Cowherd, fellow Fox Sports 1 stalwart Nick Wright was also given a hefty dose of praise for his apparently unproblematic ways.
“Shout out to Colin Cowherd. A complete gentleman. And to Nick Wright who is not mentioned once in those 42 pages,” praised a tweet with over four million views.
“We may hate Colin Cowherd’s takes, but by all accounts, he isn’t a piece of s— human,” said one viral response to Cowherd’s mention in the lawsuit.
“Colin Cowherd just shows up to work, blasts his s—– football takes, and then goes home faithfully to his wife. A true legend,” joked another tweet with almost two million views.

On Monday, January 6, (ironically the day of his 61st birthday) Cowherd was in his chair to host his daily radio show, The Herd with Colin Cowherd, on Fox Sports 1 from 12 to 3. Speak airs at 5 p.m. EST on Mondays through Fridays, so as of Noon on Monday, there’s yet to be word on whether or not Taylor and co-host Emmanuel Acho, whom she allegedly had a romantic relationship with, will be appearing on the show.
