A few a week’s ago NFL announced it was banning players from wearing Beat’s By Dre Headphones before or after games because of it’s exclusive partnership with Bose. Last week, 49’ers QB Colin Kaepernick was the first player to get fined 10k for ignoring the NFL’s ban, but it seems like 10k isn’t doing it. Yesterday Cam Newton and Richard Sherman were seen rocking beats, and before tonight’s Monday Night Football Game, Kaepernick was wearing the headphones.
Beats is probably happy to pay the fine, 10k a week is probably alot cheaper than what Bose is paying the NFL for advertising.
