Cristiano Ronaldo hoped to lead Portugal to win their first ever major tournament on Sunday but Ronaldo was unable to play for much of the game after injuring his knee in the first half of today’s UEFA final.
However, Ronaldo was able to get the happy ending he wanted after Portugal scored a goal in extra time to beat France.
