Former Nascar driver and F1 host Danica Patrick is speaking out about the backlash she’s received over her recent foray into politics.
Back in December, Patrick attended a Turning Point USA event run by conservative host Charlie Kick.
She would later post a hat on social media that said,”I could s–t a better president.” which is a clear shot at President Biden.
Last week, Patrick sat down with Youtuber Isabel Brown to discuss the backlash she’s received over the past few months regarding her political views.
“For sure surprised, it doesn’t seem like these beliefs whether they are two genders or I love America should be really not clear to people we just live in a weird time where any real kind of conservative belief system is you can’t even talk about it like you can’t even be proud of those things anymore, you could only be proud if you believe in more progressive, alternative ways of living or believing in things…why is it that anyone who has a conservative or I would say rational perspective on things are being canceled or quieted’
