Darren Rovell may have bounced from company to company in recent years, sure, but the man remains the same.

Earlier this week, Rovell posted one of his most Rovellian articles yet when he dove into the worth of Brandi Chastain’s sports bra from the 1999 Women’s World Cup.

Yes, you read that correctly: Rovell got a valuation on a quarter-century-old piece of women’s underwear.

“Brandi Chastain’s kick won the World Cup for the U.S. women 25 years ago today. She celebrated in her sports bra after ripping off her jersey. She still has the bra today. Where is it and how much is it worth? One appraiser tells us it could be $1M,” Rovell posted on Twitter with a link to his report from his new venture cllct Media, who claim to be “the premier collective media site” that’s “by collectors for collectors.”

“It represents so much,” collector and appraiser Simeon Lipman told Rovell. “It’s probably the most important female athlete relic of all time.”

Chastain, a former defender for the United States Women’s National Team, famously ripped off her jersey after scoring the winning penalty in the 1999 Women’s World Cup Final against China, creating one of the most iconic images in the history of women’s sports.

Now 55 years old, Chastain was capped by the USWNT a whopping 192 times before retiring from international soccer in 2004.

According to the official cllct Media website, the company is the “first media company to provide 24/7 coverage to the world of memorabilia, and they cover “the massive auctions, the big breaks and pulls, and, yes, even the ugly scandals and scams with live commentary and shows that the hobby has been waiting for.”
