Could Deion Sanders become the next head coach for the Dallas Cowboys? On Monday afternoon, the Cowboys parted ways with long-time head coach Mike McCarthy after a five-year stint.
According to team owner Jerry Jones, both the Cowboys and McCarthy felt it was the right time to go their separate ways/

“Prior to reaching the point of contract negotiations, though, it became mutually clear that it would be better for each of us to head in a different direction,” Jones added.
“I thank Mike and wish him, his wife Jessica and their family the best.
The Cowboys are already moving on from McCarthy and are apparently interested in Sanders.
According to NFL insider Jordan Schultz, Sanders has already spoken to Jones and is a top candidate for the job.
