Deion Sanders did not have his best coaching day against Nebraska.

On Saturday night, the Nebraska Cornhuskers put a beat down on the Colorado Buffs in the first half with a huge 28-0 lead.

Coach Prime took the brunt of the criticism, especially for not using his timeouts in the first half.

While down 28 points, Sanders let 10 seconds run off the clock when he finally used his first timeout with 11 seconds left in the half.

College football fans ripped into Sanders over his timeout blunder.

“That timeout call is why Deion is not a serious coach. How do you lament on the sideline for a full 10 seconds and then call the timeout?” commented a disgruntled Colorado Buffs fan on social media.
