Saints QB Derek Carr was forced to address Michael Thomas trashing him on social media while he was playing.
On Sunday, the New Orleans Saints fell to the Carolina Panthers 22-23.
During the game, Saints wide receiver Chris Olave was crushed with a brutal hit while attempting to catch a pass from Carr.
This is exactly what Tom Brady was referencing when he talked about good Quarterbacks not putting their receivers in dangerous situations.

Carr was asked about Thomas’ comments during his postgame press conference, and this is how he answered.
“I have love for Mike,” Carr told reporters. “When he does that, I don’t really care for it, obviously. I’ve had so many teammates over the years and he’s like the one dude who didn’t get along with me. I don’t know what I did to him. I don’t know why he feels that way. I’m sorry for whatever he’s dealing with to make him feel like he’s got to do that.
“But he’s never called me during any of this. My phone number has never changed. I’ve, in fact, called him on different occasions just to try — sometimes you can try as hard as you want and it just doesn’t work out. … It’s just something I would just never do to a teammate.”
