On Thursday night the White House’s Coronavirus task force consisting of Dr. Birx, Dr. Fauci, CDC director Robert Redfield, and Vice President Mike Pence unveiled their three-phase set of guidelines for states to use in their plan to “Open Up America Again”.
Every phase of the plan has to meet certain requirements before moving on to the next phase.

The third phase of the plan would allow for crowds to attend large events. During the White House’s press conference Dr. Fauci was asked about whether he could envision packed crowds during sporting events without a coronavirus vaccine and he gave a pretty promising answer for sports fans.
'It is conceivable that we will be able to do that,' Dr. Fauci says of reopening mass sporting events.
'I do see us getting more towards normal.'
