Philadelphia Eagles fans are some of the most hardcore fans in all of sports. One trip to the Jersey Shore in the summer and you’ll understand, as you’ll hear random shouts of “go birds” and the “E-A-G-L-E-S” chant.
Many of us have gone through break-ups, though getting broken up with via text is especially painful. Thankfully, one Eagles fan took it in stride, and it’s gone viral.
Twitter user @MareBear_Pig recently posted a screenshot of a breakup text that she received from an unknown individual that their fling was over. She totally nailed the response.

That’s classic Philadelphia. This is a city that chants about no one liking them and not caring. Her response perfectly summed that up.
Things are getting ready to heat up for the Philadelphia Eagles, as their season kicks off tonight in the first-ever game in South America, as they will take on the Green Bay Packers in Sao Paolo, Brazil in a rare Friday kick. My guess is not much work is getting done today in the collar counties that make up the Philly suburbs.
They’re hoping to a much better start to this season than the way they ended last season. After a 10-1 start, the Eagles finished the season losing 6 out of their last 7 games, blowing a big lead in the division, and getting embarrassed in the NFC Wild Card Round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But, two new coordinators and the addition of Saquon Barkley plus a revamped secondary should help Philadelphia be one of the league’s best teams again.
