Georgia’s 6-Foot-7, 235-Pound Tight End Commit DWARFS Tiny Defensive Back In Laughable 1-On-1

Elyiss Williams is committed to play college football at Georgia. He is 6-foot-7, 235 pounds.

His high school football opponents are… not 6-foot-7, 235 pounds.

Williams, a native of the Peach State, plays for Camden County in Kingsland. Most major recruiting sites consider him to be the top-ranked tight end in the country and a five-star prospect.

It is very easy to see why!

Williams is stupid athletic and also scored more than 1,000 points in his high school basketball career by the midway point of his junior season. Not only does he show impressive get-off for someone his size, he has great concentration when the ball is in the air and impressive body control when reeling in a pass.

Of course, his massive frame is a big part of what sets him apart.

Friday’s game against Tift County was laughable. Williams made the defense look like little children. Defensive backs standing no taller than 5-foot-7 (a full foot shorter than the grown man standing across from them) never had a chance of locking him down in 1-on-1 coverage.

Williams at one point stood completely still right in the middle of the field and begged someone to try and tackle him. They could not.

It got to the point that it wasn’t even fair.

Williams dominated every single rep, including this goal line fade.

When Williams wasn’t catching touchdowns himself, he was opening up the field as a decoy. No less than four Tift County defenders crashed down for what looked like a tight end screen. It was not.

Needless to say, Elyiss Williams is a high school football cheat code. For Camden County to have three losses on the season when they can just get the ball to their 6-foot-7, 235-pound tight end on every single play and let him cook is astonishing. The Bulldogs got a good one!
