ESPN Gets Duped By Fake Jay Glazer Twitter Account While Reporting NFL Free Agency News On Live TV

Today is the start of NFL free agency which means that a lot of people are going to be fooled by fake Twitter accounts pretending to be NFL Insiders.

Although ESPN has a slew of reporters and fact checkers on staff they weren’t immune to getting fooled by a fake Jay Glazer account while reporting an Olivier Vernon deal on live TV.

Unfortunately for ESPN the news was broken by some dude named UncleChaps who is not Jay Glazer.

Eventually Adam Schefter apologized for network for running the fake report.

Jay Glazer had a good laugh about the whole thing.
