Earlier today we learned that Kevin Durant was going to a form a new super team when decided to join Kyrie Irving and DeAndre Jordan in Brooklyn to play for the Nets.

It was later revealed that the Knicks and owner James Dolan weren’t willing to offer Durant a max contract.

After news of Kevin Durant’s signing made the rounds, ESPN host and Knicks super fan, Stephen A. Smith posted a video on Twitter captioned “I just finished crying”. In the video, Smith went off on the Knicks for allowing the Nets to accomplish something that New York hasn’t been able to do in 20 years.

Smith would later make an appearance on ESPN’s The Jump where he refused to talk about the Knicks.
