The ugly weather in Baltimore is causing some terrible viewing conditions at home.
On Saturday, the Steelers faced off against the Ravens in terrible weather due to a combination of windy conditions and rainfall in the Baltimore area.
it is expected that as much as 0.8 inches of rain could fall between 1 and 7 p.m., which is not an inconsiderable amount, especially when it comes with close to freezing temperatures and the potential for wind gusts over 20 mph.
Those conditions could have a major impact on both the kicking game and the deep passing game. The wind should die down somewhat in the second half of the game, so the conditions should ease for the latter part of the game. However, the remain will remain, and it will be tough playing conditions for the players.
The rainy weather caused problems for ESPN’s cameras, which were consistently blurry in the first half of the game, which led to complaints from fans at home.
umm hey ESPN we can't watch the damn game wipe your cameras
