‘Fire Ryan Day’ And ‘Lou Holtz’ Trend After Ohio State’s Embarrassing Cotton Bowl Loss

Ohio State head coach Ryan Day is getting crushed by the Internet after the team’s bowl game performance.

On Friday night, Ohio State only scored three points in their loss to the Missouri Tigers at the Cotton Bowl.

Despite Ohio State missing many key starters like Marvin Harrison Jr. and debuting a new QB, Buckeyes fans immediately called for Day’s firing.

Fans also started trolling Day for his rant against Lou Holtz earlier this season after Holtz questioned the team’s toughness.

“I’d like to know where Lou Holtz is right now. What he said about our team, I cannot believe. This is a tough team right here. We’re proud to be from Ohio. It’s always been Ohio against the world, and it’ll continue to be Ohio against the world,”

Day was already on the hot seat for losing to Michigan a few weeks ago, but scoring only three points in the Cotton Bowl against Missouri might be the final nail in the coffin for him at Ohio State.
