Spygate 2.0 is underway and Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer is once again at the center of the story.
Last week, the Patriots claimed they sent a film crew to the Bengals-Browns game to film a Pats “advanced scout” for the team’s “Do your job” documentary after the Bengals accused them of illegally spying on their sideline.

During this morning’s Fox Sports pregame show, Glazer, who was integral in breaking the Patriots Spygate cheating scandal in 2007, released a video of security confronting a Patriots’ staffer who was clearly filming the Bengals sideline and not an “advanced scout” last week at the Browns-Bengals game.

The NFL is looking to come down hard on the Patriots after obtaining the tape and determining that the Pats were guilty of illegally taping the Bengals sideline.

The New England Patriots are facing steep penalties for their admitted illegal taping of the Bengals sideline last week, league sources said, which is likely to include the loss of at least one draft pick and heavy fines. There is the possibility of a suspension for a member of upper management and/or ownership as well, sources said, pending the results of the NFL’s full investigation into the matter.
Not a good look for the Pats.
