Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is an interesting character. Throughout the NFL season Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has addressed Pickens’ behavior on the field.
“Regarding his behavior, I am aware of that, and obviously that has been and will continue to be addressed. I wasn’t aware of the messaging and so, you know, I’m just giving you a knee jerk response to that.” said Tomlin during a postgame press conference earlier this season.
On Thursday night, Pickens’ behavior continued to be an issue during a critical play in the game.
On the final play of the Steelers-Browns game, Pickens completely lost his mind and attacked defender Greg Newsome while his team attempted a Hail Mary.
