Many years ago, former UFC champion Georges St-Pierre revealed that he once had a mysterious UFO encounter while traveling in New Mexico. He claimed that it happened when he was in a car with Rashad Evans, Mike van Arsdale, Ali Abdelaziz, and another fighter. Abdelaziz later corroborated the UFO story.

Since then, Georges St-Pierre has spoken about the UFO encounter a few times. He has also talked about his fears of being abducted by aliens.

Both of these topics were recently revisited by St-Pierre in an interview on the Danny Jones Podcast.

What is Georges St-Pierre’s UFO story?

“We’re all in the car, and you can ask any of those guys, Rashad or Mike van Arsdale, Ali or Alejandro, we were in the car in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the highway, and we saw a UFO all together,” Georges St-Pierre told Chael Sonnen on his podcast in 2018.

Later, a writer with Bleacher Report asked Abdelaziz if the story was true. He said that it was.

“We were just driving in the car, and we see these crazy lights. It was a crazy shape,” Abdelaziz told Bleacher Report. “I don’t even know how to describe it…It wasn’t just small. It looked like a car in the sky, like a spaceship or something, you know? It was shaped crazy. I don’t know how to describe it.”

He went to add that “he (Georges) is not crazy.”

“I saw this thing a couple months later, I saw the same exact thing,” he recalled. “Something that looked similar to it. It was in the sky for like 10 minutes. By myself.

“I was in the car by myself driving back from Greg Jackson’s gym to where I was staying, and I saw it again. And I never really discussed it with anybody because I know how people are, they’ll think I’m crazy or something. Everything Georges is saying is 100 percent true.”

Georges St-Pierre tells Danny Jones about his UFO encounter

During his recent appearance on the Danny Jones Podcast, Georges St-Pierre discussed numerous topics. They included things like the UFC card at the White House, his love of the WWE, artificial intelligence, how UFC fighters cheat the system and are still probably using performance-enhancing drugs, and his diet and fitness regimen. They also talked about St-Pierre’s UFO encounter.

“I saw a UAP [Unidentified Aerial Phenomena – the new term for UFOs], something that I cannot explain. I mean, I’m not an astrophysicist,” he began. “I was driving my car. It’s about, maybe almost 18 years ago. Yeah. Rashad Evans. So I was with him. I was in Albuquerque. I was with Ali Abdelaziz, who’s the manager of Khabib Nurmagomedov. I was with Mike van Arsdale, who’s another fighter in front of the, you know, driving the car, and another guy who was there, Alejandro, a Mexican fighter, but I I lost track of him. We were together in a car, and we all saw something. I don’t know what it was.”

GSP said it “didn’t look like anything” they had ever seen before. He also said that after the UFO encounter, they all recalled a different experience.

Georges St-Pierre described what the UFO looked like

“So for me it looked like a greenish triangular light orbs sort of flying towards us,” he continued. “Then it changed direction, then it changed again, and it skipped over, and it sort of disappeared.”

He went to say that “maybe it was a test flight from a I don’t know, some kind of very advanced craft from the military, but they didn’t move like anything I’ve seen before. … if it was like a a comet or anything, it didn’t move like a comet. It was like moving in a different direction, then it changed, and it skipped out.”

Georges St-Pierre and Danny Jones then discussed UFO investigator and documentary filmmaker Jeremy Corbell’s footage of alien orbs. GSP said that he once went to Corbell’s house to view some of the evidence he had gathered over the years.
