It looks like LaVar Ball got his over-the-top personality from his father. Over the weekend, Lonzo Ball’s grandfather spoke to TMZ sports and backed up LaVar’s claim that he would have beaten Michael Jordan one-on-one.
“Yes. When he was younger and he was 6’6″, 270 [pounds], I would’ve put him against anybody,” Ball’s father said when asked if LaVar could beat M.J.
Considering LaVar Ball only averaged 2.2 points in his college career it’s still crazy to fathom how LaVar Ball and co. can say that he would have beaten MJ in his prime with a straight face.
