The 2025 NFL Draft has made its way to Green Bay, Wisconsin this year, by far the smallest city to ever host the draft, a distinction they will have for quite a while. Green Bay is arguably the spiritual home of pro football, and it’s going to be awesome to see the draft live from Lambeau Field.

If you’re a Green Bay homeowner near Lambeau Field, you’re in luck. Plenty of local homeowners are taking the opportunity to make some extra cash the next few days.

The 2025 NDL Draft is expected to bring 250,000 people to Green Bay over the next three days, an incredible amount of people considering the city only has 104,000 people in it in total. That’s a ton of business for local restaurants, hotels, etc., and the overflow will go into cities like Appleton and even Milwaukee.

Those that are hyperlocal to Green Bay are taking advantage the old fashioned way, selling spots on their lawn as parking. Take a look.

There’s a lot of charm to that. At its heart, Green Bay is a small town, and the NFL’s biggest offseason event is going to have a small-town feel to it. But, look at those prices! $100! Completely crazy, but it’s supply and demand.
