Josh Allen’s actress wife, Hailee Steinfeld, is receiving some criticism from NFL fans for not attending her husband’s playoff game.
On Sunday, Allen and the Buffalo Bills faced off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
Unfortunately, Steinfeld couldn’t make the game because she was attending the Golden Globes to present an award and to show support for her “Sinners’ co-stars, who were nominated for a slew of awards.

While the reigning league MVP leads the Bills into a wild-card matchup against the Jaguars in Jacksonville, the Oscar-nominated actress will be readying to present at the 83rd annual Golden Globes in Los Angeles.
Steinfeld, 29, was announced Thursday as one of the presenters for Sunday’s awards ceremony, hosted by comedian Nikki Glaser, along with George Clooney, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Garner, Kevin Hart, Melissa McCarthy and Snoop Dogg, among others.
Her film, “Sinners,” received seven Golden Globe nominations, including a nod for Best Motion Picture: Drama.
🚨JUST IN: Actress Hailee Steinfeld reportedly is NOT attending her husband, #Bills star QB Josh Allen’s playoff game tomorrow.
Steinfeld was named as a presenter for the Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles tomorrow.
Hailee is receiving heavy criticism on social media for this.
While some fans criticized Steinfield for skipping her husband’s game, others defender her decision.
“I’m sure the two discussed it in great length. He is a very supportive husband and she is a very supportive wife. They understand their relationship. We aren’t in the know being on the outside, as it should be. If Josh and Hailee are good with it, then we should be too.” commented one fan
“Can she catch passes better Keon? Don’t get the controversy. I’m sure she will be there for the Super Bowl.” said another fan.
