We now know what Hawk Tuah Girl’s parent think about her viral fame.
On Monday, 21-year-old Hailey Welch gave her first interview to Barstool Sports’ Brianna LaPaglia on the Plan Bri podcast since going viral.
During the interview, Welch dispelled rumors that she was a school teacher and that her father was a preacher.
“I worked at a spring factory, I’m not a school teacher…I’m not even old enough be a teacher…My father is so far from a preacher, it’s crazy…none of it is true.”

Welch also revealed her parents’ reaction to her recent viral fame.
“They think it’s so funny. They know how I am though, you can never tell what’s going to come out of my mouth, it’s a hit or a miss what comes out of my mouth, I just talk out of my a–. The one time I saw something like that, there happens to be a camera in my face.”
You can expect to see the Hawk Tuah girl as she’s signed with a management team and plans to make more podcast appearances in the near future.
