The college football season hasn’t gotten off to the start Florida State intended. After two weeks of action, the Seminoles sit at 0-2 with a pair of losses to ACC foes.
That’s likely put an end to any College Football Playoff hopes, and many in Tallahassee are already hitting the panic button. Wide receiver Hykeem Williams isn’t ready to call the season a failure quite yet.
He had a message for angry fans that have given up on the ‘Noles.
Make sure yall stay where yall at!!!🤞🏾🍢

Florida State fans are rightfully frustrated given the on-field result to this point.
A supposedly dominant defense has yet to put together a complete game, and questions under center surround transfer quarterback DJ Uiagalelei, who completed just 50% of his passes in Monday’s loss to Boston College.
That said, there is still plenty of talent on the roster. The Seminoles just need a spark!
Williams is one of those highly regarded players, signing with the program as a five-star prospect in 2023. As a freshman, he hauled in five catches for 80 yards and a score.
He’s yet to see the field this year as he recovers from injury, but he should return from the sidelines soon.
Williams believes a turnaround is coming, and he wasn’t afraid to voice that opinion this week. He just doesn’t want those critics hopping back on the bandwagon when the wins pile up.
don’t be a fan later.✌🏽 #gonoles

The wideout was also seen resharing a post from former FSU quarterback Jordan Travis, who wrote a similar message for the Seminole fanbase back in 2021.
Travis’s post came after his sophomore year when Florida State finished 5-7. Two years later, he led his team to an undefeated regular season.
We’ll see if Hykeem Williams experiences a similar turnaround in the near future.
