Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay is oftentimes in the news for all the wrong reasons. The owner has a troubled past involving multiple arrests, though he’s been able to put together a franchise that has been better than most throughout his tenure.

This time, he’s in the news for something that should only give him positive PR, as a ticket giveaway he did on Twitter for tickets to the team’s home opener this weekend.

The Colts are set to take on the defending AFC South champion Houston Texans in a crucial Week 1 divisional game. It will be a matchup of last year’s 2nd and 4th-overall picks in the 2023 NFL Draft from last year in Houston’s CJ Stroud and Indianapolis’s Anthony Richardson. The two met last year in Week 2, but Richardson left the game in the 1st half with a concussion.

And, if you wanted to see those two players play in person at Lucas Oil Stadium next Sunday, all you had to do was be paying attention on trivia and know a little bit of Indianapolis Colts history. If you know it, and they pick your name out of a hat, you’re attending the game on behalf of Jim Irsay.

But, there is some controversy here regarding the correct answer to the question. According to the people in the Twitter replies, the correct answer if the question includes the years that the Colts were in Baltimore is the Chicago Bears. But, if it’s just the Indianapolis Colts, it’s a tie between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cleveland Browns.

Either way, someone is going to have a pretty cool experience and have $1000 more in their pocket pretty soon.
