Ohio State’s Denzel Ward put a big time hit on Maryland receiver Taivon Jacobs Saturday. While many felt that the play on the field should have been called a fumble, the officials somehow ruled that the play was incomplete pass and flagged Ward for targeting which resulted in his ejection

This an obvious clean hit, not sure what the refs are looking at.
