In the third quarter of FSU’s game against the Boston College, Jameis Winston was trying to get under center and snap the ball, but a referee was hovering the ball preventing FSU from snapping the ball until the defense had enough time to substitute. Winston didn’t really care that the ref was doing his job and just shoved him out of the way and somehow didn’t get penalized.
