Yep, that’s a crunchy, deep-fried lemon pepper chicken head. Mmmmmm.
It’s a little gross, but it’s not that unusually when you really think about it — Chicken heads are just as much of a part of the chicken as the delicious wings are. Mistakes happen. Sucks that the fry cook at B-dubs wasn’t paying enough attention to notice the chicken beak and eyes staring back at him.
