Following their 24-17 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild Card round, Baltimore Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins was critical of the team’s goal line play call that resulted in the Bengals returning a fumble 98-yards for the game-winning touchdown.

Speaking to reporters following the game, the 24-year-old Dobbins said that he’s “tired of not getting the ball” and that backup QB Tyler Huntley “should have never been in that position,” according to The Athletic reporter Jeff Zrebiec.

J.K. Dobbins said he’s tired of not getting the ball, tired of being held back. Said Huntley should have never been in that position on sneak.

“He should have never been in that situation. I don’t get a single carry. I believe I would have put it in the end zone, again… I’m a guy who feels like if I’m on the field all the time, I can help this team win, and I wasn’t. It’s the playoffs. Why am I not out there? Twelve carries? It’s the playoffs,” Dobbins said.

In addition to his not-so-subtle shot at head coach John Harbaugh’s playcalling, Dobbins also expressed that if former MVP Lamar Jackson had played in the game, then the Ravens would have won.

“If we would’ve had Lamar, we would’ve won, too,” Dobbins said.

As a result of their win against the Baltimore Ravens in the Wild Card round, the Cincinnati Bengals will head north to take on Josh Allen and the #2 seed Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round. Elsewhere in the AFC, the #1 seed Kansas City Chiefs — who had a bye this weekend — will host Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Meanwhile, in the NFC, the #1 seed Philadelphia Eagles will host the New York Giants in the divisional round, while the 49ers will host the winners of tonight’s Cowboys vs. Bucs game.
