Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson of Team USA hockey had herself a Winter Olympics for the ages. And she’ll be going home from PyeongChang with a gold medal in large part thanks to the performance she put in during the Games.
First, Lamoureux-Davidson, now a three-time Olympian, set a new Olympic record by scoring twice within six seconds in the second period of Team USA’s 5-0 victory over the Olympic Athletes from Russia. (As if achieving that wasn’t enough of a moment to remember, one of the two goals was even set up by her twin sister Monique Lamoureux-Morando. That’s Jocelyne on the rght below.)

Then, on Wednesday, with the game against Canada still tied after a 2-2 overtime, Lamoureux-Davidson score an absolutely wicked penalty shot goal to clinch gold for the United States.
Just watch how completely filthy this move was. Poor Shannon Szabados of Canada didn’t stand a chance.

Turns out that the move Lamoureux-Davidson pulled on Szabados even has a Britney Spears-themed nickname and she’s practiced it thousands of times, reports the BBC.
“I’ve done that thousands of times around tyres just set out on open ice,” she said. “It’s called ‘Oops, I did it again’ and I’m just thrilled beyond words.
“I’ve butchered it a thousand times, ran into tyres, tripped over tyres just working on my hands. I’m just glad it worked out this time.
“This victory is special and it’s going to give us an even bigger platform to make a bigger difference.”
Twin sister Lamoureux-Morando added: “It’s a move that our coach Peter Elander worked on with us over the last four years, not just on the goalie, but against defenders.
“We’ve screwed it up plenty of times, but she pulled the perfect time to pull it off.”
Jocelyne Lamoureux's signature shootout move is called "Oops I Did It Again" 😂
