I question I propose in the headline is really just a hypothetical: We all know that Johnny Manziel is getting all of the poontang in Northeastern Ohio these days without ever having to put a Browns jersey on yet. His first local market commercial for Cleveland’s Streetsboro Nissan dealership just dropped. It has all the typical cheese you’d expect for a local market commercial, but it’s pretty much a panty-dampener for the state of Ohio.
