At the end of the fourth quarter of the Browns-Chiefs game, Johnny Manziel attempted to get the Browns a win while trailing with less than 17-13 to the Kansas City Chiefs. Unfortunately for Manziel, the Browns ran out of time when they were unable to get the ball snapped in time after converting a first down and he was not happy about it.
