Could a long-awaited Jon Jones-Francis Ngannou fight finally happen?

Months after negotiations a Jones-Ngannou fight fell through because of money, Ngannou became heavyweight champion at UFC 260 by knocking out Stipe Miocic.

After the fight, Jones took to Twitter to imply he was ready to fight Ngannou for the UFC heavyweight title if Dana White showed him the money.

Ngannou was asked about a potential fight with Jones and he seemed pretty down to fight the former UFC light-heavyweight champion in the summer.

Update: Dana White joked Jones should consider moving down to 185 after Ngannou’s performance.

And Jones fired back.
