Jon Jones went out of his way to impress Donald Trump. Back in November, Trump made his first appearance as President-Elect at UFC 309 to watch Jones take on Stipe Miocic.
After Jones knocked out Miocic in the third round, he went viral for doing the Trump dance in front of Trump to celebrate his big win.

According to Gordon Ryan, Jones practiced the Trump dance celebration for 20 minutes backstage before going out to fight Miocic.
“I was cornering him for his last fight against Stipe, and we found out that Trump was going to be there and probably for a solid 15-20 minutes; while he was warming up, he was getting ready to go out to fight for the belt was him practicing the mechanics of how to do to the Trump dance. He was practicing the Trump dance while in the locker room.”
