Jordan Love and Aaron Rodgers are two very different people. Their respective offseason activities present a stark contrast between the Green Bay Packers’ quarterbacks of both past and present.
They are polar opposites.
Rodgers, who is entering his second season with the New York Jets, skipped mandatory minicamp for a mysterious event. His absence was not excused. He did something similar back in 2021 to go hiking in Hawaii with his then-girlfriend Shailene Woodley, and Mr. and Mrs. Miles Teller. He also went on a darkness retreat and frequently travels to Costa Rica to do ayahuasca.
Love is on a completely different trip. (Pun intended!)
The 25-year-old is in his fifth year with the Packers and second year as the starter. While his predecessor is essentially missing, Love is frolicking throughout the Italian countryside.
He and his then-girlfriend Ronika Stone started in Florence.
And then Love proposed to Stone in Tuscany.
They also made a stop in Positano.
Love and the future Mrs. Love closed things out with some time in Rome.
To say that the pendulum has swung at quarterback for the Packers would be an understatement! Their past is very different from their present. It is rather funny, for lack of better word.
We have not heard from Aaron Rodgers in weeks and he is currently “missing.” Jordan Love is traveling across Italy on a romantic vacation with his new fiancée while documenting the entire trip in great detail on social media.
The quarterbacks’ offseason plans are completely different. The disparity does not get much greater.
One guy chugs a South American psychoactive beverage while willingly locking himself in a dark room for four days while the other guy chugs Tuscan wine and locks down the love of his life with a beautiful engagement ring at a historic Italian castle!
