Joy Taylor has been on a recent media tour to clear her name following her dismissal from Fox Sports 1 and recently roasted right-wing media personality Jason Whitlock by taking aim at his weight. Whitlock had made comments about Taylor’s apperance when she was let go from Fox Spots 1 earlier this year.

Earlier this year, Joy Taylor’s was named in a lawsuit filed by a former Fox Sports 1 make-up artist who accused her of sleeping with on-air personalty Emmanuel Acho and FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon to “advance her career.”

When news of Taylor’s dismissal from Fox Sports 1 broke, Jason Whitlock took it as an opportunity to make comments about Taylor’s apperance, particularly the color of her skin and her “big rack.”

“I basically, for the most part, just kept my distance from Joy Taylor. Not because I didn’t like her, just because I knew myself. I know what I’m capable of. That big rack of hers that she showed off constantly. And that peanut butter skin with that big rack. Like, Jay, keep your distance, that’s going to get you into trouble,” Whitlock said.

“Joy Taylor had done some radio work down in Miami, what does she have to offer? How does she get that job? How does she even get that opportunity? She’s got a big pair of cans, and she’s… willing to let people enjoy those big cans of hers. That’s how we got here.””

During her appearance on Cam Newton’s Funky Friday podcast, Taylor absolutely eviscerated Whitlock, taking direct aim at his weight.

“Every time someone brings up Jason Whitlock I can’t believe he’s still with us. I don’t think anything works harder than his cholesterol if he’s being honest,” Taylor said.

“I’m only aware of this from adjacent conversations, I did not watch a single second as I couldn’t give a f— less and I have not consumed any of it. He said something about peanut butter, right? What a shock. Food.”

In mid-July, Fox Sports 1 cancelled Joy Taylor’s show Speak — which was co-hosted by former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Taylor and Boston Celtics star Paul Pierce alongside Taylor — in addition to the shows The Facility and Breakfast Ball.

Earlier in the media tour, Taylor suggested during an apperance on the Higher Learning podcast that she may be walking away from sports media entirely.
