The summer has not been kind to Justin Timberlake, as the pop superstar was arrested in the Hamptons for driving under the influence, and his “Forget Tomorrow” world tour has struggled to sell tickets.
But Timberlake did get a bit of good news recently when he sold his 127-acre Nashville ranch for $8 million according to the New York Post.
“Timberlake, 43, bid “Bye Bye Bye” to the land at the end of May, despite it fetching $2 million less than his original asking price from last summer. However, the savvy singer still managed to double his investment, having bought it for $4 million in 2015,” the report states.

The big payday is a much-needed win for the superstar
Perez Hilton recently reported that his tour (you know, the world tour) has drastically underperformed expectations.
“We’ve actually heard his ticket sales have been pretty low, with many seats available in each city! This isn’t the type of situation where every single date has sold out, like The Eras Tour! He’s been bringing in fewer fans than expected,” Hilton wrote. “Maybe because the folks who would have been excited about a performer from that era are still upset about what he did to Britney Spears??”
Hilton also states that Timberlake could well be on the rocks with his longtime wife, Jessica Biel.
“We wonder how Jessica Biel feels about her hubby extending the tour! She was reportedly “nervous” over Justin touring again since he was caught cheating with actress Alisha Wainwright while filming Palmer in New Orleans back in 2019. He’ll be on the road until December 20 now — then reportedly he’ll go to Australia in 2025!”
Could the ranch sale be a sign of things to come? Biel and Timberlake married in 2012 and immediately became one of pop culture’s power couples. Though that may not last much longer…
