Kansas State Paid Army $1.175 Million To Play In Manhattan, End Up Losing Game

Kansas State joins the Florida Gators as the big losers of the day. On Saturday afternoon, the Gators were stunned by USF at home after paying the Bulls $500k to play in Gainesville.

Kansas State would later top the Gators by paying Army $1.175 million to play a game in Manhattan, only to lose the game at home.

Army is also pocketing a seven-figure payday. Kansas State will pay Army a $1.175 million guarantee for the game, as FBSchedules previously reported. The Wildcats paid $475,000 for last week’s matchup against FCS North Dakota. Kansas State remains winless against Army.
