The NBA All-Star Weekend was held in Utah, which means some of the great Jazz players were in attendance.
So, of course, Karl Malone was interviewed at some point during the weekend. He was an open book for most topics until it came to his dark past.
It’s well-known that back when Malone was 20 years old and a college student at Louisianna Tech, he had impregnated a then 13-year-old girl. For whatever reason, Karl Malone has been able to dodge any consequences for those actions.
Every year, more and more people are learning about Malone’s dark past. When asked about it, the former NBA player simply shrugs it off like it’s not a big deal.
During an interview with Eric Walden from the Salt Lake Tribune, Karl Malone basically acted like his past actions weren’t inappropriate.
Karl Malone on being 20-years-old and getting a 13-year-old girl pregnant, per @sltrib:
“I’m not discussing any of that. I don’t care. That’s my life, it’s my personal life, and I’ll deal with that like I’ve had to deal with everything. So… whatever.” pic.twitter.com/gff1awViDL

Getting a 13-year-old girl pregnant is “whatever,” huh? This is a horrific look for Karl Malone no matter how you look at it.
Even when the Salt Lake Tribune asked him about the public outcry growing more and more by the day, Malone continued to brush it off to the side with just three words. “Whatever. I’m human.”
Unfortunately for Karl Malone, this is not just some human mistake that people make. The public outcry will likely continue to grow as many are seeking for Malone to finally suffer the consequences for his past actions.
