Miami wide receiver Keelan Marion shared a viral moment with his girlfriend, Hannah Straub, prior to the college football national championship game at Hard Rock Stadium. She made sure the camera was rolling as she pushed past a group of recruits to get to her man in the front row.
It was not subtle.
Straub is not ashamed by her behavior because her boyfriend played in the college football national championship and you would do the same thing. Fair enough. At least she owns it.
Who is Keelan Marion?
Redshirt senior wide receiver Keelan Marion transferred to Miami during the offseason after two years at UConn and two years at BYU. He started dating Hannah Straub upon arrival to campus.
Marion caught 57 passes for 746 yards and two touchdowns during a breakout season with the Hurricanes. His seven-catch, 114-yard, one-touchdown game against Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl was the best game of his five-year career.

Unfortunately, he could not replicate that performance during the national championship. Marion made only one catch for six years and takes full blame for the horrible interception during the fourth quarter.
Carson Beck threw an ugly pick on the last drive of the game to seal the loss.

He takes full responsibility for the miscommunication. He, with tears in his eyes and a towel over his head, admitted after the game that it was his “mistake.”
“I got to look for the ball and make that play for him,” Marion said. “So that’s all on me.”
I’m not sure that Beck should be let off of the hook but there is truth to what his wide receiver said. Marion did not even give himself a chance to make a play.
Who is Hannah Straub?
Keelan Marion started dating his girlfriend not too long after he arrived to Coral Gables. Hannah Straub, who used to chase cleats at Dolphins game, landed herself a Hurricane.
She is an aspiring fashion, fitness and lifestyle “influencer” in Miami with approximately 50,000 followers on Instagram and 15,000 followers on TikTok.
As you could imagine, the majority of Straub’s content is focused around her assets.
Her most recent post on TikTok is not the exception. Straub pushed her way past a group of Miami football recruits to greet her boyfriend on the field prior to the national championship.
People on the internet were very quick to criticize Hannah Straub for posting her private moment with Keelan Marion. Others found humor in how she climbed her way past a group of unsuspecting recruits while wearing those pants. She knew what she was doing. It was an obvious clout chase.
I am of the opposite opinion.
First and foremost, this video served its purpose! As ridiculous as it may be, people are talking about Straub because of this video. Nobody knew who she was before. Now they know.
The only way to build a brand that is largely built on nothing is to go viral for nothing. This video went viral for nothing.
It was also a win for Miami. The Hurricanes were hoping to receive a commitment from those recruits. They want to sell them on their best pitch. Having a girl like Straub step in front of them, as a girlfriend of a player on the team that is playing in the national championship, was a nice boost.
The Straub video, while hilarious, was a great success both for the WAG herself and for Miami.
