There are some seriously cool apparel collaborations happening around the NBA world right now. Just last week I don’t you guys about the effortlessly cool Todd Synder x NBA collection, which features timeless styles made with high-quality materials like wool, French Terry, cotton fleece, and cashmere.
Next on the radar: The new KidSuper NBA jersey collection, now available via Fanatics.com. In the officially-licensed collab, the renowned Brooklyn streetwear brand and creative studio reimagined the jerseys and matching shorts for all 30 NBA teams.
All jerseys feature artwork from KidSuper founder Colm Dillane, which Esquire once called a “Willy Wonka-esque Brooklynite”, honoring the culture of all 30 NBA teams.
The art is vibrant and colorful, capturing the unmistakable identity of each team’s mascot or city. The design for the Miami Heat, for example, features a tropical coral sky at sunset against a palm tree backdrop. The Los Angeles Lakers, a classic Hollywood Hills landscape with bright movie premiere searchlights in the California sky. My personal favorite is the Sacramento Kings jersey, a king from a deck of cards with a dagger and a basketball.
