The Washington Redskins are an absolute dumpster fire at the moment. Their GM Scot McCloughan has been AWOL from the team during the offseason and now it seems that their franchise QB wants out.
According to ESPN’s Chris Mortenson, Cousins. who was franchise tagged by the team last week, has personally reached out to Redskins owner Dan Snyder about a trade but Snyder isn’t feeling it at the moment.
Kirk Cousins appealed personally to owner Dan Snyder for a trade but was basically told not to get his hopes up, per sources.

It appears that Snyder is refusing to trade Cousins to the Niners because he hates Kyle Shanahan.
