Klay Thompson could be LA-bound amid some drama with the Golden State Warriors.
After playing 12 seasons with the Warriors, Thompson appears ready to move on.
According to a report from The Athletic’s Sham Charania, Thompson has not spoken to the Warriors in recent weeks to negotiate a new contract.

Thompson and the Warriors have had close to no communication since the negotiating period opened for incumbent free agents nearly two weeks ago and no offer has been made, team and league sources said. The Warriors, after other business, have wanted to circle back and negotiate with Thompson
Lakers reporter Brad Turner claims that Thompson may be interested in playing with the LeBron James and the Lakers next season.

Thompson has ties to the Lakers. His father, Mychal Thompson, played for the Lakers championship teams in the 80s and would probably love to see his son in a Lakers uniform.
