The Las Vegas Metro Police Department is sending a stern warning to anti-ICE protesters. For the past week, immigration officials have launched raids on workplaces and warehouses across downtown Los Angeles at President Trump’s request, leading to protests across the country.
On Thursday, Las Vegas declared an anti-ICE protest an “unlawful assembly” and arrested 94 people.

Las Vegas expects to see plenty of protests this weekend.

On Friday, the LVMPD released a video warning protesters to maintain peace.
“As our community prepares for planned protests this weekend, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department wants to remind everyone: know the rules before you go.”
“We are committed to protecting everyone’s constitutional right to protest peacefully… Violence, property damage, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.”
