LeBron James is no longer a Cowboys fan.

Over the years, LeBron has made it no secret that he loved rooting for the Cowboys when he showed up to games decked out in Cowboys gear.

During a recent podcast appearance, LeBron said that he was no longer a Cowboys fan due to the fact the team threatened to kick players off the team if they knelt during the anthem.

‘Nah man I had to sit put on the Cowboys man. It just a things that were going on when guys were kneeling… [The] organization were like if do that around here you won’t play for this franchise again.”

LeBron is most likely referring to Cowboys owner Jerry Jones saying that he wouldn’t allow for any disrespect of the flag on his team.

“If we are disrespecting the flag, then we won’t play. Period. Period,” Jones told reporters in 2017. “We’re going to respect the flag.”

“We cannot in the NFL, in any way, give the implication that we tolerate disrespecting the flag,” he added. “We cannot do that.”
