Leigh Wood appeared to need a knockout going into the 12th round of his fight against Michael Conlan after being behind on the scorecards, and he somehow got it.
In the fight’s final round, Wood knocked Conlan out cold through the ropes to cap off an incredible comeback win.

Conlan was stretchered into the locker room, but reports state that he is awake and conscious after the knockout.
