Logan Paul apparently really wanted to fight in the UFC last year, but Dana White was not interested. In the latest episode of Impaulsive, Paul spoke about wanting to fight in the UFC if he could find the right opponent.
“I could get one for the right opponent. But it wouldn’t be a DDP, dude. I’m not fighting for a world title. Or f– it, let’s get it [laughs]
Paul claims that he texted White at UFC 300 about wanting to fight at the UFC Sphere card, but was ghosted by the UFC CEO.
“I told Dana [White] for UFC 300. I texted him, I said, ‘Hey man, consider me available to fight on the undercard in The Sphere.’ Yeah, they basically completely ignored me [laughs], which I think spoke volumes. Haven’t bothered him about it since. But I think for the right fight, the amount of money, man, I’m an entertainer at the end of the day,”

Paul blames CM Punk for the UFC’s hesitancy in allowing WWE wrestlers to fight in the UFC.
“He f-ed it up,” Paul said about Punk. “He f-ed it up, and after that, Dana was like ‘I’m never doing this again.’
“But dude, I’m not CM Punk. He’s a great wrestler, not a UFC fighter. I think I would be a much better UFC fighter than I would just a boxer. My skill is wrestling. I’m a wrestler.”
