Having sex? A good thing. Having sex and recording it without that person you’re having sex with being OK with that? Not a good thing. It’s too bad former Michigan Wolverines offensive lineman Logan Tuley-Tillman didn’t understand that second part too well, as details of his dismissal from the football team finally surfaced, and it’s not good for the former four-star recruit.
Per Mlive.com:
Logan Tuley-Tillman was arraigned on two counts of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and one count of using a computer to commit a crime, according to court records.
All three are felonies. Capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person is punishable by up to two years in prison, a fine of no more than $2,000, or both. Using a computer to commit a crime, in this case, would be punishable by up to 10 years in prison, a fine of no more than $5,000, or both.
After being booted from the Maize and Blue’s football team in September for displaying “conduct unacceptable for a Michigan student athlete,” the real reason Tuley-Tillman isn’t on the football field wasn’t known, with head coach Jim Harbaugh being brief and unspecific in his initial statement.
Tuley-Tillman, who was an Under Armour All-American in 2013 and best-known for burning a recruiting letter from UMich’s rival, Ohio State, just got burned for being a moron while having sex. Not smart, bro.
