During the the Mayweather-Pacquiao weigh-in on Friday , Manny Pacquiao seemed to be very jovial and almost smiling during his staredown with Floyd Mayweather. At the end of the staredown Pacquiao said “Thank You” to Mayweather which surprised everyone in the room.
Even Mayweather didn’t know what to make of Pacquiao thanking him when asked about it.
Pacquaio said he told Mayweather “Thank You” because Floyd finally agreed to fight him.
I’ve watched a lot boxing and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone asked relaxed and happy as Manny Pacquiao was during the weigh-ins today. Maybe it’s because he knows he’s going to make over 150 million dollars tomorrow for a few hours of work.
