A LIV Golf fan was at the receiving end of free beer and some signed merchandise in Miami after going to extreme measures to help Marc Leishman out. The tournament-goer actually climbed a tree in order to locate one of Leishman’s wayward shots, quickly going viral in the process.
After a successful retrieval of the ball, he landed a Yuengling and a signed glove.
The bizarre scene began on the 17th hole, where a Marc Leishman shot landed atop a palm tree off the fairway. Not long after seeing the ball sail into the hazardous location, the fan jumped into action.
He shimmied his way up the trunk of the palm before making his way to the top to find the lost item.

“Get that man a beer,” said Jon Rahm, who was watching the entire scene play out on the course. “Actually, put it on me. Just put it on me.”
How generous!
And wouldn’t you know it, the fan would be rightfully rewarded for a job well done.
Photos of the onlooker holding a cold beer and a signed Marc Leishman golf glove were posted in the replies.
